My question – why would a property owner sell to you directly for a worse price (in the case of an off market deal you mentioned). What's in it for them?
Speaking of good math: if you paid interest on that 300k house, you paid a lot more than that in interest over 30 years. Not a great deal if the house never went up in value.

I have heard from a few sources when it comes to buying real estate (single family) properties you can only get 1 loan per year. What if I want to move faster then that? If a person out there has 50+ rental properties how could they of achieved that much even in there 20s? I would like to generate a small handful of cash flows a bit faster than 1 house per year. PLEASE HELP ME IF THERE ARE OTHER WAYS

Whatever type of investment you decide to get into, I think the key message here, or for me rather is to start investing no matter how small. Don't rush into anything you're not absolutely sure of. Then of course you can always build from there. I thank God for bringing him ??my way ,i've gained a lot with his help
