  2. Just so people know. Airbnb done away with Deposits. They also, if you have to Evict someone. Which normally does not happen. Airbnb will not help. Thats on you! All they can do is band the people from using Airbnb from that account they set up. Also some cities outlawed short Term Rentals or Limited them. You can thank the Hotels for stoping you from making money on that! Just FYI

  8. When someone says "buying a house for cash". Does that simply mean skipping the realtors and doing a private deal? Or are you actually paying the seller in cash and not taking a mortgage on the property? Would love for someone to answer this. Thanks in advance.. Ps amazing video and content.
