Yankee, I just wanted to say thank you, not only for the education but also… I’ve listened to almost every interview you’ve done From Tim and his customers, to for- profit CEOs all the way down to the public parking lot transactions guy, you speak to everyone the same way, show respect and provide people uncensored voice regardless of agreeing or not. really refreshing and appreciated
This is all going to end in austerity measures just like Greece. Once the government realizes they are going to default you know what they are going to do. All those 401k's that will have dropped by 50% in value at the end of this mess will be seized by the government. Book it, i called it.
If you paid over 250k for your home (assuming it's not a mansion), you should probably be considering whether or not you are willing to stay in it for at least 10 years or better yet consider selling it to get out from under it before it's too late. The danger is not only the interest rates (for those of you with variable APR) but also the impending drop in value which will immediately follow up the crash in US currency value after stagflation. All of these homes will be dropping in value by 25-30% as the US housing market has become super heated again similar to pre 2008. If the currency collapses and the US defaults on it's debt it could get even worse.
The Biden administration is rolling out digital currency this fall, they've already announced it. Once that happens, as Tim says the US status as a world reserve currency will be over in a heart beat. Our STUPID politicians are literally suicidal opening a can of worms by going gung hoe on this digital nonsense while we are in a recession and with huge deficits. China, Russia, Japan, the EU, etc. will all stop buying US debt bonds in short order because the US is defacto signaling that they no longer have faith in their own ability to pay their deficit and are abandoning the dollar in favor of digital.
What a disaster. This administration makes the Carter administration look like a bunch of geniuses.

Decrease the demand instead of increasing the supply if it's not affecting you personally. Fed wants to decrease demand because that falls in line with the WEF and their green energy scam on the world.
