I learned a lot in 2022 as well. Heck i dumped jeremy as someone im subscribed to, because i had many other stocks of my own that were doing well but being persuaded by his pumping videos ended up with some major losses to my portfolio. As soon as i did that i feel like i have been making better stock pick choices and some of them are showing with recent gains. He would diss dividend stocks by the way quite often which was another factor.. Anyway i started off watching you and youre still good in my book

Good video. I have been told by multiple money managers that I am stupid for going for stocks that are more focused on dividends and they kept pushing VOO or VOO alternatives ignoring. I said that "I don't want to depending on the price of stocks like VOO when retired during a recession" before they kept pushing VOO or VOO alternatives. To find out a few weeks later that they were money managers.
Not everyone is wanting to depend on just the stock price going up so I don't know why they kept pushing it on me. Do they benefit more if the price of VOO or VOO alternatives go up higher?
