Whar is wrong with condos and vacation homes? They are still real estate properties. There are countries that only thru condos or hdb apartments can be owned such properties. They are bad investments if owners do not convert their properties to passive income properties. Even if they are detached homes can also be considered vacation homes and if it they dont let it as a passive income source then it may be bad.
