Do you guys purchase in your names or use LLCs?
Hi ? I've got a problem with the 1 or 2% rule. It states that for a $200K property, you would need to have a monthly rent income of $2000-$4000. But here in Europe, there's no one who would ever pay that insane high rent for a $200K property. It would be more around $600-$700. I don't know how people think in the US, but paying $1000 rent on a $50K property, they're otherwise on heavy drugs or don't know anything about money. Hopefully you can clear this out for me ? because if this is the reality, I'll start my US visa application, move there and buy half of California haha. No just joking, I would never exploit people or make use of their lack of knowledge. Bcuz I like to have a good sleep at night ? and walking with my head up in the street

16k house? Tf outa here. Clearly in the hood somewhere. Leaving out all the bad. Hoarders, pests, domestic disputes, unpaying tenants, section 8, evictions, unforseen repairs, bad property managers and the list goes on. Be careful people. You certainly will build wealth with real-estate, but in no means is it fast, nor will every property even be a single. Thicken your skin, be prepared to take a loss, build your cash safety net, then gradually get into the game and you will be fine.

I must admit that this is a great video but know Crypto-currency trading is very volatile one as such is too risky for bigginers without basic knowledge to make good fortune out of it, I suggest you invest with a reputable broker and enjoy your returns.
How much exactly or ballpark estimate would one need before investing in properties? I want to get into real estate but I lack capital.. on your guidelines you indicated you should have capital first. Should we save set aside some money? Lol sorry I’m new to the entrepreneurial world which I want in the near future ?
