Can someone please explain to me the formula he goes over in minutes 24:00 – 25:00?
So if I take Microsoft for example
2 Year Performance 120.43
Divide that by 1.5 = 80.23
Multiply that by .09 = 7.23
Now here’s where I get confused I add that to the strike price? Maybe I’m miss understanding what a strike price is but I always thought it was the price for the contract which varies from one option to the next. Or should I be adding that number to the current price of the stock to determine if the strike price is a good deal or not? Hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance!
