I agree with Buffet. I thought about investing in rental properties, but after mowing and raking the yards on 2 rental properties, I saw a lot of the problems that can come up, and all the work that goes into them. That's why I instead buy dividend growth stocks that pay qualified dividends. They pay totally passive, increasing income thru dividends that aren't taxed til I earn over $80,000 per year

Warren Buffet is in the real estate business- he’s just in the mortgage side of things. Loans will yield a better return then would paying one back plus a couple hundred dollars in profit.
