  2. PeerStreet is great. You can invest very low amounts and also set up auto-investing criteria so that you can be hands-off. They also provide some other investment products very easy to use

  3. Hi, I’m planning to buy a house to live in as an investment but sell it in a few years if it has enough equity, but my question is if it has a lot of equity, would I pay a lot of taxes if I keep the money or invest it in something else?

  4. Thank you boss lady, I'm a new subscriber. You may not have alotof followers, but the gems your dropping will probably make this my favorite channel from here forward. Thank you

  5. i was going to invest with peerstreet last year..but you need to be an accredited investor! sucks for me & people like me!

  6. I just registered on Prosper, and I looking over the list of loans to get myself familiar with the platform. When I look at all of the loans so far, under the "Borrower's Credit Profile" section, I'm seeing, "Additional credit data is only available to registered investors." Does anyone know how to view that section? I can't start investing without that information. It's critical to know who you are lending to.

  7. Have you purchase an apartment building in another state that you dont live in? If so, how do you manage it? The pros and cons.
