Also wanted to chime in that zillow's property manager is a great tool if you have a small number of rentals. It looks at the laws in your state when it comes to building your lease and you can screen your tenants with a background check and credit score right there. I personally love this method and I don't have to pay a property management company for any of it. It's a free tool btw. For a newer property, you could just sit back at this point and watch it make money for you. If your property is older, then definitely have your top 5 (plumber, electrician, etc) numbers on standby. It's not difficult to manage yourself if you've got the willpower.

I know this is a common practice on YouTube, however if I never ask I will never know. Why do content creators always ask to click the like and/or the subscribe button before watching the information to see if they actually like it or want to subscribe to it? Just a wonder as I love your content, how come the saying at the beginning isn’t “if you like my content at the end please like and subscribe?”
I created an LLC to purchase my first rental property then was told by the bank that I need 3 years of financial statements…. sooooooo…. looks like I'll have to buy my first rental in my name then once it's paid off transfer it in the name of my LLC….in like 5 – 10 years I guess. Going to try to pay it off as soon as possible.
