Hello. Please stop using up land and forcing the animals to leave their habitat.
If you must build a building… then please build buildings where there are abandoned buildings… especially in Memphis, Tn… I saw there are houses that nobody wants… because they are OLD… please build houses there… you can knock down the ugly old houses and build new buildings there… especially around LeMoyne Owen College area. It doesn't make sense to knock down some trees and then put buildings on there… The gas price is too high… and it is too far to get to one place to another. So please build houses and other type of buildings in Memphis.
God, I hate these videos where they claim to teach you how to start, but don't actually tell you how to start. What's a FHA loan? How do mortgages work? Etc. They always start on Step 2, not Step 1.

I’m 17 looking to get a head start on residential real estate investing. Eventually moving on to commercial. These little tips and pointers are incredibly helpful. After one well on watching videos like these I was lost I was like man I don’t know if I will ever be able to understand all these things. But sure enough 3 weeks later I’m here just adding to my knowledge slowly but surely. I’ve been wanting to start this since I was 15 and it feels good to take action. I’m starting by doing private work on my own home to add value. I hope to apply for my real e state exam at the end of this year when I turn 18. Wish me luck!

Whatever type of investment you decide to get into, I think the key message here, or for me rather is to start investing no matter how small. Don't rush into anything you're not absolutely sure of.
