I'm an advocate for having a diverse investments with my portfolio having exposure to different areas of the market, including small and large-caps of the ETF index, international stocks, coins, grade bonds. To hell with FHA Loans, you put down 3% then you have to pay FHA INSURANCE EVERY MONTH which is highly expensive FOR THE LIFE OF THE LOAN. Not to mention interest rates are thru the ROOF RN. Better off getting a conventional loan. The way you talking you need to have a really good paying ?? job that can sustain all that real estate ? bc it’s not cheap at all.

Impressive, i made my first million saving and investing as a rookie but i couldn't do it alone you see there are people that spend their lives studying these things that's why they are professionals, i started as a chiropractor and my husband was a teacher but with the help of James Fletcher Brennan we both stay at home taking care of our kids and just watching them grow (when my husband isn't out golfing with his buddies of course) Goodluck!!
After you used the equity from the 1st house to acquire the 2nd house, how were you repaying the 2nd mortgage? I assume the rental income from the 1st house barely covered the 1st mortgage…
