Human's are the same. We exhibit behaviors, but the reality is that those behaviors are just a result of a bunch of connections formed in a certain way having a predetermined output based on a particular stimulus. Over time these connections are strengthened or weakened based on stimuli, changing the output for a given stimuli.

The truth is, there will be someone, a state or a company, who will abuse AI.
My concerns about BARD stem from the first hypothetical proposed about Hemmingway: if Hemmingway were born in a time where BARD exists would Hemmingway discover his reasons for being an author; his inspiration to commit thought to communicate such thought to others… At our point in Cultural development I belive BARD may cause problems; with no safe gaurds for social damages the could be caused.

Seems like their will be some unintended consequences from the implementation of A.I. kind of like how many new cars that are produced now have rear cameras and whenever i use my mom's old car (which doesn't have a rear camera) i completely forget how to back up just using the mirrors because im so use to relying on the rear camera. I also wonder what kind of impact A.I. will have in the education system? Like how will we know people actually did the work and wrote an essay or wrote a research paper on their own instead of using the help of A.I.? Wouldn't that enable cheaters and reduce people's ability to critically think on their own?
A.I. can help us adapt, maybe even help us increase our brain power in some kind of cybernetic way.
If we're not talking about how sociopaths will use these tools, we're doing humanity a disservice.
